Having said that, we mean, money is the essential lifeline to your everyday living in a city where you are to pay upfront for everything that you use. For instance, to stay at your own house, you have to pay property tax on time apart from the social cost (the sum of external cost and private cost) that you invariably become a part of it as a city dweller.

Merchant find themselves in need of funding for various reasons. It could be to buy inventory, expand a business, market, and advertise, and so on.
